Whatever type of strata plan you have, we'll conduct a review, talk to insurers and provide a full recommendation for your consideration on how best to insure your property. 

Have you ever been told that:

Asking us to provide you with a quote gives you new information at no cost and no obligation. You can ask us to review your policy without needing to consult the strata manager. 

We will work directly with you and the other owners or your executive committee to review your current cover and provide our advice and alternative solutions.

Making the final decision on the best insurance cover then becomes the responsibility of the strata executive committee.

Resolving your insurance dilemmas
Under any insurance cover, you should not be required to renew your annual policy without a review of your situation and consideration of the latest policies available.

We have access to a broad range of insurers with strata expertise, across both national and global markets 


There may be potential benefits in moving to another insurer or increasing your sums insured. Through our review, you'll gain a closer look at the policy options.

Our approach is to provide a comprehensive written report with detailed quotes and our recommendations, supported by face-to-face or phone consultations to take you through the options.

By receiving a detailed analysis, you can choose the strata plan insurance solution that is the best match for your needs.

Although we provide the advice, ultimately you, or the members of the executive committee, will make the final decision.

For new owners, we can arrange a policy even if you don’t yet have a strata number but council has issued an occupancy certificate.

Where possible, we will assist with fast-tracking the claims process and liaise with the insurers on your behalf.
